OcuCorps Employer Protection
OcuCorps RPO services ONLY include one year of OcuCorps Employer Protection. Oculente will, at no charge to the employer, conduct a new RPO search when specific qualifying conditions occur within one year from the date of hire.

These conditions include:

Immediate Termination For Cause

Illegal activity in the workplace
Commits or threaten to commit violent acts
Intoxication in the workplace
Theft, corporate espionage and breach of confidentiality
Sexual harassment, hostile work environment and pornography

Non-Immediate Termination For Cause
OcuCorps Employer Protection may be requested in cases of non-immediate termination for cause when:

Oculente is notified in writing at the time of the first violation of published and distributed organizational policies
One documented verbal warning is issued
At least one documented written warning is issued
Employee fails to remediate issue after a 30 day probationary period
Employee is then terminated for cause
